Pentel Oil Pastels-16s

Brilliant, fade-resistant colours. Ideal for most types of paper. Slow drying time, means you can work on a piece for several weeks. Pastels apply smoothly and blend easily using cotton buds, fingers or tortillon for subtle shades, tints and colour mixture (can also be blended with mineral spirits or thinners). Great to use in conjuction with watercolours.
